Anything held in our UK warehouse leaves within 24 hours on Royal Mail Tracked 24. Compounds we don't hold are sourced to order and take about 14 days — every product says which it is before you buy, and an order containing both ships together once it's all in.
Every vial carries a lot number in the format ZEN-YYMM-NNN. Look it up on the batch ledger and it will tell you what documentation exists for that specific batch. A supplier certificate and an independent result are different things, and we label them differently — an independent result belongs only to the batch named in the report.
Yes, on eligible compounds, after a trade application and approval of your label proof. There's no setup fee and labelling is included in the price. GLP-1 compounds ship with Zenic labels or plain vials only.
