Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding indicating the contents. Vials are individually wrapped and secured to prevent movement in transit. Lyophilised peptide powders are stable at ambient temperature and do not require cold-chain packaging for transit.
Upon receipt, lyophilised peptides should be stored refrigerated at 2–8°C for short-term use, or frozen at −20°C for long-term storage. BAC Water does not require refrigeration and can be stored at room temperature.
We currently ship to UK addresses only. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are outside the UK and wish to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please contact us.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. A tracking number will be sent to your email address once dispatched. You can track your order at royalmail.com using this number.
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your order, they will leave a notification card and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at your local depot. Please contact Royal Mail directly using your tracking number. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery — a redelivery charge may apply.
