Products & Storage

What are research peptides?

Research peptides are amino acid chains studied in laboratory settings for their biological properties. All products sold by Zenic Labs are for in-vitro research use only and are not intended for human consumption.

How should I store my peptides?

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored frozen at -20°C for long-term storage, or refrigerated at 4°C for short-term use. Keep away from light and moisture. Do not store reconstituted peptides for extended periods.

What is BAC water and do I need it?

Bacteriostatic water (BAC water) is 0.9% benzyl alcohol water used to reconstitute lyophilised peptides for research purposes. It is required if you intend to work with reconstituted peptides in a laboratory setting.

Are your products pharmaceutical grade?

Our products are research grade, not pharmaceutical grade. Every batch is independently tested by Janoshik Analytical for identity, purity, and peptide content. Results are publicly verifiable at janoshik.com.

Lab Testing & Verification

How do I verify my batch?

Every vial has a lot number on the label. Visit zeniclabs.co.uk/verify or scan the QR code on your vial to view the certificate of analysis for your batch.

Who tests your products?

All batches are independently tested by Janoshik Analytical. Results are published on their platform and are searchable by order number — meaning no supplier can alter or fabricate them.

What does the COA show?

Each certificate of analysis confirms the identity of the compound, purity percentage via HPLC, and net peptide content. We publish the full unedited report including any rejected batches.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of receipt. Due to the nature of research compounds we cannot accept returns for change of mind. See our full Returns Policy for details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us at hello@zeniclabs.co.uk within 48 hours with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
