Returns policy

Our returns policy

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the strict quality and safety requirements of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final unless the product arrives in a condition that does not match what was ordered.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, with a compromised seal, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us at hello@zeniclabs.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Lost in transit

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.

Conditions we cannot accept

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for: products returned without prior authorisation, products that have been opened or used, products returned after 48 hours of confirmed receipt, or orders where an incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days back to the original payment method. We will confirm by email once a refund has been issued.
